The RENZ Autobind 500 HS is an industrial, semi-automatic high-speed binding machine designed for RENZ RING WIRE® book, calendar and skip binding. With a working width of up to 500 mm, it is optimised for high-output production in demanding industrial environments. The horizontal paper feed allows for ergonomic and precise positioning of the product. An automatic closure table with integrated product clamping accurately feeds the product into the binding unit, where the wire is automatically inserted and closed. Afterwards, the product is ejected onto a shingling conveyor belt – increasing binding throughput by up to 60%. The intuitive touchscreen interface enables quick and efficient format changes. RENZ closing tools are available for each wire diameter to ensure a perfect round closure. An optional DBW 360 cover turner flips the cover and rotates every second product by 180°, enabling optimised stacking for downstream processing. Also optionally available is the KAS calendar hanger system, which forms straight shafts in standard or Euro format (KAS 300, 80–300 mm). The Autobind 500 HS is the perfect choice for professional high-volume binding operations.
