The RENZ Autobind 500 is the ideal solution for industrial book, calendar and skip binding – with automatic closure table, adjustable format control and optional calendar hanger system.

The RENZ Autobind 500 is an industrial, semi-automatic high-speed binding machine designed for processing RENZ RING WIRE® in book, calendar, and skip binding applications. With its high format flexibility and strong productivity, it is ideally suited for post-press operations involving large volumes. The horizontal paper feed supports precise and ergonomic placement of the product to be bound. The automatic closure table clamps the product securely and guides it accurately and reliably into the binding unit, where the wire element is automatically inserted and closed to perfection. The user-friendly touchscreen interface allows for fast and easy format adjustments. For every wire diameter, dedicated RENZ closing tools are available to ensure a consistently perfect round closure. Optional features such as a side lay for products with protruding edges and the KAS calendar hanger system (up to 500 mm) make the Autobind 700 an ideal solution for industrial-scale professional binding applications.
